I need help finding some people who are in contact w/ the Japanese

Dear PacWest,

A good friend of mine is going to Japan soon - Kel - and he wants to get into the Japanese Smash Scene. He's not really a noob since he's placed pretty high at most MW events and stuff, so please don't brush this off as some random player bs. I heard that Michael Hey is in contact w/ the Japanese and maybe a few other people...do you guys know of anybody on Smashboards who plays w/ Japan? We already tried the international forums btw, no players in the scene have posted there at all -___-;
