Gah! I just noticed there is skipping. ****. That really makes me sad . You can still tell what is going on but it ruins the epicness of the matches . Oh well, you can still see some amazing combos and edgeguarding in there. I am really sorry everyone.

Dyna dash **** yeah. Dyna dash's melee Samus had such an awesome wavedash and excellent use of fast fall on top of an aggressive style... always teh fastest looking Samus ever and the most fun to watch because of it.

It makes Brawl just not look the same. =(

I really like these videos, but they are only Samus dittos, if you know what I mean. =P

@Dew Rag, first try to see if they any of the delay is on your end. You could either have limited upload bandwidth by running too many other things on your internet connection, like torrents, simply too many users with active connections on your wireless and your bandwidth is split too much, or it could actually be signal strength to your wireless which has been my problem mostly- the Wii wifi antenna is pretty weak and it's easy to interfere. If you know how, access your wireless router and try setting it to a different channel, like 1 or 11, instead of the default channel 6, to see if other wireless devices are interfering with it, which could be like a cellphone, certain wireless phones, laptops and mice. Or, perhaps, your wireless router is an a bad spot compared to your Wii- too far away, through too many walls, or if it is too close to a wall or the floor and around metal objects, especially large metal objects like metal filing cabinets.

If it isn't any of those, it may be a much more specific problem(like a slightly uncommon internet setup that might have some odd configuration setting that's messing you up, including security settings.) or it just might be from the latency from the physical distance to the player you are trying to play with. And if you haven't ruled out latency on the other player's end's it might be that too.

Myself, after I checked all of the above and fixed some things, can play against friends who are a couple states over as well as if I were playing them in person. Sometimes there might be an occasional slowdown once every 10 matches for a few seconds or something. Just to make clear, Brawl is the most dependent on low latency than just about any other online game ever(that's because unlike FPS or even more so, RTS, you can't have those blurring and lag compensation algorithms without making the things wonky to the point of defeating the purpose of playing a fighting game), but if you can manage that low latency, it works wonderfully and there is no noticable delay.

I can totally empathize with you getting caught on that ledge in FD when you're trying to get back on the stage. It sucks.

The zair thing has a lot of combo potential, but I am having trouble getting the timing down. Do you press Z or Sheild-A

from the edge u can get back on by zair to dtilt or ftilt or fsmash
fairly useful, especially if they think they're spaced well enough

A bit laggy, we live very far away, but there was a decent amount of no-lag and played the best I could =)

Just a general observation from watching these matches.. I saw none of you used Zair out of AD. Why? You can just be invincible at any given time in the air and then cancel the AD by zairing him right back with no lag. It's great for zair vs zair duels (and in general) imo.

For instance in the second match where Hylian continously zaired rohins at the left edge like 3 or 4 times.

Or AD through a missile and zair for better spacing.

I just feel FD-restricted play limits the game's potential very badly and is one of the bigger reasons for the blatant tier listing we all hated about Melee. is it gonna happen all over again?

Yeah, Hylian kicked my *** at Samus dittos a couple days ago. I stopped using her though, she so slow.
I got him with Game & Watch and Toon Link though.

I'm using ROB mostly and G&W. ROB is freaking awesome.
