It's pretty LOL that I had this saved mere DAYS before this incident.

I think it was a test. It wasn't a cat, it was probably a child in a cat outfit that they paid to sit in the middle of the road.

Wow you failed becuase of an unknown variable. You seriosly need to report that to the DW, but its most likely too late now.

Though I bet the cat didn't feel intimidated by your car mostly becuase it was right in its face. They're that smart. If it just barks but no bite its not going to move. Perhaps you should of gotten some distance and moving some what slowly towards it to get its attention and show that you will run it over if it doesn't move.

Trust me(or not), I encounter some cats on my way to school.

But A cat is fine too

Was the street that little to the point you couldn't drive pass the cat? I won't think she would had failed you if someone got in the middle of the street and they wouldn't move out the way if you got pass the other side of the yellow tape. If your instructor still would had failed you over that, then you need a new driving instructor that has common scene.

It was one of those narrow roads and there were parked cars everywhere, so there was like, no room to get around it.



The instructor was just mean. >=o

That instructor sounds like a ****. It's not like waiting for animals to cross the road is against the law or something.
