How do you guys do against computers in a ditto Samus match?

I find them pretty difficult and rarely win, but that could be attributed to the fact that they dont really play like the people i'm used to playing against. Il figure it out after i play a couple more time tho. :D

I fare pretty well. Don't focus so much on computers, because as you said, they don't play like humans. They're just good dummies. Lvl 1 computers are just as valuable training partners as lvl 9s.

Theyre pretty easy. Just don't let them breathe (figure of speech), and the match'll be over before you know it, you being the victor. Remember lv9's can dodge and guard with the best of 'em, so don't go trying any cannon/missile spam, and involve more melee tactics (and by melee, I mean smashes, tilts and jabs).

I'd rather train against lv9 CPUs since they keep you on your toes, much like what real-time pro's do -- keep you on the edge of your seat, thinking in less than a second what you ought to do next.

I do fine, I suppose. She, like all level 9 (Nasty) CPUs, learn your move set after you defeat her. I believe this is so that you won't rely on the same methods. Anyway, I prefer level 4 (Normal) CPUs. Battles can go on for quite some time, and the most important thing I want to do is to learn how to not get hit and alternate my move sets. Level 9 CPUs aren't going anywhere for a while. Practice with the easy levels first and then move your way up.

It's pretty easy if only for the fact that comps don't seem to know to recognize the Zair as an attack and the completely lose their amazing defensive reflexes verse that move alone, just as if they were completely "blind" to the move, and since their brains never actually consider someone to have such a long ranged attack to keep them at bay they'll continue to move mindlessly into getting Zaired over and over.

Also, the Samus comp is not too amazing. Doesn't know it could use Zair, obviously, but also has a weak shield grab(which comps are very likely to do) and doesn't know out of shield options, can't projectile spam, etc. and some other basics to Samus that make them pretty much downright inferior to a good number of other level 9 comps.

Still, at least it can recover, not nearly as sad as the level 9 Luigi computer from melee and I've seen some comps like Zelda look pretty pathetic too.

the computer samuses are just way too easy.... :(
they lack good use of zair, off ledge tactics and air strategy...
