I think he was refering to X and didn't he use a sword in X one after the first boss battle I think he did, but I could be wrong.
Zero only had his Z-Buster in MMX1, I'm not sure if they added it in the PSP remake though...

Sigma was bigger then Vile and Dynamo....they served him if you remeber.
Sigma sucks though - nobody likes him. There was universal rejoicing when they finally decided to kill him off for good in MMX8. Also, neither Vile nor Dynamo were completely his servents - the had their own motives in "following" him...

Yea he has a blaster. What if Zero has the abiltity to transform? I mean in Megaman X Command Mission he had the Black Zero thing and Absolute..Zero would that be possible?
It could be is Melee coin move and have it on a timer I suppose but Black Zero is just supposed to have higher defenxe hewas different on command because everyone else's hyper was better than a defence increase, so I think they should make him transform into Absolute Zero or use his giga attack for his special besides Black Zero could be a costume and would make more sense because two Zeros transformed at the same time without names could get confusing.
Sigma would just make more sense. I also prefer Vile and Dynamo over Sigma and Sigma will probably be back he always is.

I think they should make him the X7 or Command Mission version because in X8 he seemed.....disprportional I gusess. Anyway I thought he looked odd to say the least in MMZ and X8

Yeah, there is always that possiblity... But Lumine was actually the main villain of MMX8, so either he's the new main villian or *POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!* a certain someone he infected at the end...

Who did he infect it's been a while since I played it so I don't remeber everything about the ending, but with the Sigma sword the second run through is too easy.

I just hope they don't add MMZ he looks like a kid..
worst argument ever. if you think MMZ look kiddy, then play the original MM series, its a chibi megaman game almost (thouh not as much so as megaman powered up) but they all have that kiddy look to them but MMZ doesnt look kiddy at all and is in truth the most mature one.

now, as for zero being in brawl. i'd be giggling like a school girl for days as i mastered him in and out. now, i have serious doubts that he'll actaully be in the game but he has a better chance then some of you think. ever since X4 (or X3, i cant totally remember) Zero has become a bigger focus then X in the story (if you've played X4 - X6 you know what i mean, and note that i havent played X7 - X8 or command mission) and the MMZ series has been loved and played and loved again and is VERY popular for a MM spin off.

however, there's the whole "i want MMZ not X Zero" and vice versa arguments. the only way to make both parties happy is to have 2 MMZ costumes and 2 X Zero costumes, however, that would mean either dumbing down MMZ moveset (no chain link, dual tonfas or shield boomerang) or upgrading X Zero's moveset (adding those things) and i dont think that'd happen. to me, MMZ makes more sense just because he has a legacy on the nintendo at this point whereas X Zero doesnt.

now, sure, megman has a much better chance (of course there's still the MM vs. MMX argument too, i think MMX has a better chance) but Zero (mainly MMZ) has a bigger chance then some seem to think. here's to hoping we get him, cause i'd main him for sure but i'm not getting my hopes up.

Well let's compare your typing to mine first..ummm Fail.
Well you see MMZ is not Zero. MMX Zero is Zero, Zero appeared first on the SNES and was on the coolest characters ever, plus he does look like a kid. Zero from MMX looks like a **** warrior. I don't want MMZ at all he is not Zero, Zero is MMX. Even though MMZ seems to continue the MMX saga does not mean he gets the spot. MMX is now on the G-Cube with MMX7 and as well MMX Collection. So..yea.

wow...typing comparison...i'm scared.

MMZ is zero, in the story, it is zero awoken from a long slumber (or something to that effect, i never owned the first one). i'm not saying that X Zero, isnt zero at all, i know that's where zero came from but saying that MMZ isnt zero is ignorant. '

the megaman franchise moved over to sony during the x series (x4 i believe) which is when zero became playable. after that, nintendo got the battle network games and teh collection series which was sold to all systems for money so using the x collection in your argument wasnt the best idea since most of the x games never saw releases on a nintendo system.

dont get me wrong, its not that i dont like the Zero from the X series but MMZ is a more logical choice based on the console appearences

Well Zero has been in three MMX games meaning he has appeared on a console no? Plus he has aslo been on the G-cube thanks too Megaman X Command Mission no? So therefore saying that Zero has never appeared on the G-cube has failed. Also he has also appears in Network Transmission just a navi but he still Zero. Sure MMZ is a valid choice I guess but..come on. Zero from MMX is so much better.

yes, zero has appeared playable in command mission, but the other x games he was playable in were on the playstation (until x7 and x8 but i know next to nothing about those 2) whereas MMZ has had 4 games now that have focused solely oh him.

i dont count the battle network series for anything because i dont like how its played and all that but i do respect it as a MM spinoff.

and again, i'm not saying i dont like X Zero, thats why i said we get 2 costumes for each. the only complication becomes the moveset at that point (which is a pretty vital part of the game) and i personally like MMZ better, opinions make arguments.

Well I personally like Zero from MMX because he looks like Zero when I grew up, plus he was an awesome addition to the MM family..meaning Roll and the others. Plus Zero has a variaty of moves you can choose from MMX-MMX8. As for MMZ-MMZ4 does not..I think Zero from MMX is a better choice all around he is know well and no one will complain.

people complain about everything so that last part isnt right.

yes, Zero has a lot of choices as far as a moveset go. but until x4, there wasnt much of anything and then it was teh same basic things each time, though clearly there were some differences.

MMZ does indeed have a varied moveset. he has the z-buster, z-saber, chainrod (useable as both a spear and whip for the most part) the shield boomerang and the dual tonfas (there may be more, i dont remember exactly) making MMZ a very versitile character.

lol, better idea, how about we just take Vent from Megeman ZX and just have him be able to change into the various biometals the resemble X, Zero, Harpuia, Fenrir, Levaithian (sp?) and the shadow armor that seems very similar to X6's shadow armor (my personal fav armor)...actually, that wouldnt be totally bad, lol, unbalanced and broken sure, but fun

Red team-Normal red Zero
Blue team- Zero Nightmare look it was sort of a purple, but so is Samus' blue
Green team- Green Zero which tey would have to make andmight look weird
Extra color-Black Zero

Cool pictures. They could do like they did with Mewtwo and just make up colors. Then they could do blue and green and have black and purple as alternates.

You guys are kidding me, zero was easier to finish and funner to play teh game with in x5 and x6. He sucked in x3 if that's what you're all trying to say. Zero btw has become a more popular character in the game than X, why do you think they created his own game?

The game's very slow-paced with megaman, whereas zero just zooms through it with his blade and technique's, he's clearly over-powered in the game, people have demonstration videos in which they have zoomed through the game with zero, as opposed to megaman since he's so powerful.

I did read the first post, i just didn't read the following pages after it. Regardless, I was posting to those who disagreed with zero's appearance, and I did see at least one.

yea....you are a bit late, the only argument left in this thread is the appearence of Zero from teh X series or the Zero from the MMZ series.

there are valid points for both sides and i can deal with either but i want MMZ over X series Zero.

But doesn't Zero also take alot of damage when hit,and not to metion his low health count.

I think Zero would be a good addition,i would love to see the onefrom the Mega Man Zero series.

Btw,what on earth?I made a Zero Topic,with Pics,a moveset and everything,but it ony has one page.>_<

*Goes back to old topic to find his moveset to post*

I would like to see a complete moveset if someone could find, make one. As for the low damage count and taking a lot: seeming the moves have certain damage on them this wouldnt matter in Brawl because of no exact damage you get KOed at.

Ideas for Zero moves
Neutral b: Z buster (projectiles are always welcome)
Forward Smash: Charge Slash ( from MMZ)
Up B: Ryuuenjin (fire uppercut from MMX4)
Dair: Hyouretsuzan (ice spike move from MMX4)
Super Smash: Rakuhouha (that Giga Attack he uses in the MMX games)

This sounds like a good start. Nice job.
