From that it looks like something is blocking it's access to the net. Anyways, first step is to try this:

Run SHPsoBB.exe and Online.exe as Administrator Windows Vista and Windows 7 only. Right click each respecitive file and choose properties. From there, click on the compatibility tab. Finally, check (tick) "Run this program as Administrator".

If that doesn't work, easiest solution is probably just to bring your poop-book over when you snag that TV and I will set it up for you, since I am getting tired of troubleshooting through the net. If you understand what it means to "set exceptions" for Microsoft Security Essentials, you may try doing that as well for the game.

Yes. Online.exe is the actual name of the program you start the game with.

its been doing it for over 5min. is this normal?

To disable Microsoft Security Essentials:

Open the application (click the icon in the task-bar, find it from the start menu or navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Essentials\msseces.exe)

From the control panel, go to the ‘Settings’ tab Un-tick the ‘Turn on real-time protection’ checkbox and Microsoft Security Essentials is now disabled

lol okay. Good job. Click start and let it load. You pretty much have to use the arrow keys and enter for the menus. Put in your user/pass (under options you can set it to remember this) and log in.
