Yup, sword characters really suck in this game.

I'm not gonna say that its not dumb for sheik's fair to be as all around good as it is, but there is a difference between range and disjoints. Assuming they both attacked at the same time and Marth was a little further away, only Sheik would get hit because she is exposing her hurtbox to gain that range.

If you gave Marth the stuff Sheik has, you'd wind up with the same problems Melee and Brawl had. Which is why does this character get to throw out lagless, disjointed moves that can kill you?

Range matters so much more than disjoints for rushdown though.
