Rules:

3 stock
7 minute time limit
2 out of 3
DOUBLE ELIMINATION

Stage rules:

First match will be played on a Neutral stage (Smashville, Final Destination, Battlefield, Yoshi's Island, or Lylat Cruise). Doesn't matter which.

The loser from that match then contacts his/her opponent and notifies them of what stage they are using to counterpick and so on.

If yr opponent does not show up for his/her match after a certain time limit they will be DQ'd.

stages to be chosen at the beginning of the set.

Stage Banning: Each player may choose to eliminate 1 of the stages available for counterpicking.

Advanced Slob Picks: Loser may choose the next stage or elect to go
random, then winner may choose to change characters, then loser may
change characters.

You should put in the post that it is an online tournament. Theres no prizes, pot, or rewards....so you'll have to branch out of CT if you plan on hitting forty entrants.....but with distance....comes lag.....and then johns.

An interesting idea...this might be fun. If this was a DOUBLES tournament....then that would be a different story because at least Brawl doubles is cool. :-P
