About the tilts, I couldn't smash too well without my GC controller so I used tilts about 30 percent more than normal. I wasn't comfortable edgeguarding with the wiimote. Anyway a plus! Hooray!

no basically ur not a noob, i didnt get this either...when u try to post something thats too short in characters, it says you gotta have at least 10 characters to post, and well some guy put "10 chars" after his post to make it the right length, then it changed from that to 10 then it became 10 whatevers, and thus you see the current evolution of the phrase today, especially when its not needed for post length lol

ok time for the 10 char lesson.

there is a minimum on smashboards of charachters ie letters. a post must have 10 letters. so if people want to say something like "yes" they enter down and put 10 char. then someone made the obvious reference of 10 charizards. then it became 10 and the icon of charizard. then it became any icon. then it became everything. then one night me and "anther" got together on a relativley spammy night and thought of adding 10 (spammy pikachu move) and be funny. now it has evolved into what you see here.

man...i am so tired/excited. anther is good. i feel so much better after playing him though. i feel as if my play style has increased. its no wonder stealth does so good. he plays him all the time. i did good though. i didnt win any pika vs pika matches(4 of them), but i did win some other matches.

Are they 1v1, 2v2 or a mix of both dependong on the tournament?

And can only 1 clan send 1 person per tourny(or 2 depending on the format) ?? and 1 replacement just incase

it all depepnds on the tourney. clan wars usualy mean a few people play. and we would probably vote who plays in it. look a few pages back at what i want to implement. i believe 1 or 2 pages.

Well I could go to the tactical boards for this, but I have decided that I prefer the opinion of you guys.
I have recently decided to try the Wiimote-Nunchuk combination instead of my GC controller, and wanted your idea on a good controller setup to play as Pikachu. So far I have decided that I will have tap jump off (for up tilts) and the d-pad set to smash attacks in case I don't have time to get one normally.
Any other ideas? Jump buttons, grab buttons etc. I can change the d-pad settings if you think it's better that way.

By the way, I'm so happy I got my first + today from Piman.

and sorry that advice is kinda lame, but you can do alot more techs using the GC controller
I've never really found a comfortable set up with the wiimote and chuck, as you end up sacrificing specials, standard A attacks or shields too the B trigger so i guess you could place whatever one there u feel least comfortable with? I prefer wiimote on its own though strangely enough :S

wb krehz and falcon, i would stick with the gamecube but if you're trying to mix it up, just change your jump button or something...there is another thread on the pika boards about controller setup, so you should look there, see if any of what is said there helps
