Yes i lost to bunny in my first match. We thought it wasnt pika dittos, so we used different characters. I just gave her the win.

the ffas were hilarious. Those tactics boom were slightly cheap but w/e. however, the 2 falcon 1 ganon battle was epic. i am sad i didnt listen and get one of my own. falcon punch + warlockpunch = more power then the universe can hold.

for those who are like omg tl;dr- boom swept the losers bracket so far. Now all that is left is the losers final Bunny vs Boom. best 3 of 5, pika dittos, etc. winner of that plays me. good luck to all.

i resetted twice. both times i suicided first life and then it was crazy stupid the match. why would oyu want to record that? and how am i supposed to know your recording? good games. your playstyle has changed. that or i changed. your MK and pika are really annoying. you shoot like 300 tjolts in one match. MK is just plain annoying. nothin against yours i just despise that character.

Wow, so many people got new sigs and avis, most of them are great guys!
Anyway, is it just the MKs I play or do most MKs spam Tornado, tilts, gliding attacks and shuttle loop? I can deal with those but the aerial users are a little harder but not impossible; might just be the ones I play? Any more suggestions?

well they tend to be spammy afaik and by record i meant just save the replay i like watching em later lol... but i like it how we each change characters at the same time thats funny lol

no man you've improved a hundred times over. im talking about your MK and G&W here. the one thing i cant stand about your MK is your dtilt. i have got to find a way around that.

as for PF, MK styles differ. piman here rarely uses the tornado. most of the time he uses it when its appropriate. but that could be cuz i punish the tornado with my nades . most MK's do their shuttle loop and cancel it into a dsmash/ftilt. 99% of them do this like 10 times a match. most of the time more.

thats true, i learned quickly that i cant use tornado to approach your snake lol but its helpful to rack up damage when used correctly for sure. and yeah knowing that alot of MKs will spam certain attacks, gives you an advantage no matter the char, so i still say olimar as ur 2ndary, since he best counters pika's weaknesses IMO

@gallax, ok good, thanks im trying to keep getting better but u can only do so much with wifi ya know? lol i think i kinda should give up on GAW and focus on MK just cuz I think i need it with him more (meaning i want my mk to be closer to my pika, skill wise, compared to gaw) wadda ya think? going to bed now will read in the morning, and thanks for the games, i did have fun

Well when I use MK I only use the tornado when appropriate. dtilt with MK is a great annoyer.
Anyway, would Marth be a good MK counter? Range and speed I guess.

they are about even actually, you should check the character's you are looking into's boards, and see their matchups to see who does well against who, it'll make deciding awhole lot easier! ( i assume you are not doing olimar due to the ignoring of my mentioning him several times; its ok, I would do the same )

uuhhhhh...not really. marth does terrible against MK. defiantely do not want marth as your MK counter.

3) Yoshi
4) Mario[i read somewhere that mario has the right stuff to beat MK/could have been in the mario threads lol]
5) DK[other than snake he is a for sure counter]

idk dude. your G&W is pretty darn good. what i would suggest doing is amybe keep it in training just in case you meet a falco. just a thought though. you MK is much better.

and falco > mk? is pika a better choice than gaw against one? I've not really ever fought one that i can recall, i enjoy the matches i'm glad youve been online lately lol, now just to get all the other clan members on at ungodly hours of the morning and we'll be set! lol

lol. true. these are ungodly hours that we've been playing. but you know because of that we have been experiencing very little lag.

as for falco vs MK...idk who wins this if both players have even skill. falco has a cg from like 0-45% if done properly. but MK is just plain fast. he can tornado falco to death. you cant illusion through it or use the lasers to stop it. and his edgeguard is extremely valuable here.

i suggest fighting a good falco with both chars and see which one you like fighting him better with. but for now, definately go with MK as your main.

Yes Falco can counter MK quite well. And I don't really like using snake. Too broken and grounded game means I lack my favourite place: the air!
You might have noticed that the characters I play have a lot of aerial capability: Pikachu, Falco, Marth, Toon Link, MK, Fox.
Anyway, i guess falco does well. So my next question is: What's another character with aerial capability that might suit my style from the list I have offered? I was thinking about learning a new character. And not wolf please, Just no. I don't like him any more.

So everyone else is doing this, why not?

Probably Peach. He best moves require that she stay in the air. She has good "combo" ability. I have to completely change up my Diddy game play when fight her. Due to her floating ability, I can't glide toss into her.

Honestly, you should give Wolf a try. His aerials are **** good, he has great range, and he has massive amounts of killing power.

easiest time would seem to suggest counter, at least compared to some options, imo, but yeah snake is a good counter and another mk is good too but i'm a fan of dk as a counter since his easy kills/range can out do mk...

I guess i can have two mains gallax, and just use them interchangeably like when I need to counter something? I think that's how it works anyway, so I just gotta step up the practicing
