I haven't practiced/played with Zelda in Forever. It's so bad I even forget to L-cancel! Nah not that bad, but I haven't touched her in a very long time.

you are probably right, she does *look* like the most boring character in the world.

It's all about the personal opinion. Zelda is such a crappy character that it makes it kinda fun to have to play extremes to try and win. Because you have to know EVERY option she has even powershielding, to really make her shine. Where as Marth, you just approach with shffl'd f-air or nuetral, and grabs, and Combo from there. Maybe a dash attack or to to catch retreating opponents.

When watching Zelda, it look like ur just spamming 2-3 moves over and over again. But even if they are, there is more depth to what they are doing there than meets the eye. and if you took Zelda to another level other than just a *one time chooser* every week. You can see it more clearly. Cuz spamming kicks, and a few other select moves definantly does not work 24/7.

I guess I'm saying if I never played her, I think my high tier mains, wouldn't be as good today, because when I was hardcore losing with Zelda, it taught me I need to learn something new to not lose. And I apply'd alot of what I learned as zelda to Marth and such. Spacing, retreating aerials, experimentation to see if something you did works + more.

Well said zone as always. Zelda in theory is the games most "boring" character based on her limited move set and slow mobility. Its hard to make zelda entertaining to watch AND practical in a fight. If you wanna win dont expect anything TOO flashy. Shes my favorite character though so to each its own.

We'll see how boring she is when she gives you the kick! (as long as your not a campy fox that is...)
