Falco:
Powershield the SH lasers, time your shieldgrabs perfectly, jab the hell out of him, destroy his phantasm recovery with ftilt. CHAINGRAB and finish with the wizard foot, you can take off a quick stock that way.

Fox:
Spam retreating Fair to jab, stay away from the edge, Smash DI his Uair, combo him hard with Dair. Learn to time the Uair edgeguard against the firefox, and ftilt or wizard foot the illusion recovery if you are feeling flashy.

spacies is mainly about spacing. like clueless said, use fair to space, and jab afterwards to play keepaway.

they can be chaingrabbed, although that is nearly impossible.
mainly you'll want to use his huge range, roll away from shines, and get pro at edgeguarding.

It's not that hard. With a little practice, you can get good at it.

Realistically, the best thing you can do is make sure that you keep switching it up. A good Fox/Falco will pick up on something as basic as retreating fairs to jabs, and abuse their speed to **** you.

Oh yeah, a lot of Falco players will ledgehop an over-b to try and catch you off guard. Should they do that, jab them back and force them to use the up-b. Then dair that punk.

Fox: fox isnt that hard once you learn the timing for some of your edgeguarding. stomp combos will almost always lead to a stock off the fox and his recovery is so predictable that you should punish it every time.

Falco: falco is a little it more complicated in the fact you dont have to be worried about horizontal punishment but the constant comboing and pressure that a good falco can put on you. sheild grabbing is your best bet to stop the pressure and power shielding will make him think twice about laser spam. most of the airs ganon has will send falco off the stage and result in the loss of a stock. his, like foxes, recovery is very predictable and a simple stomp or angled ftilt will suffice in killing him at a rather low %. also jabbing while he is at the ledge if you expect him to get back with lasers will destroy him everytime.

Chaingrabbing Falco is manageable, but I'd be interested to see anyone CG a Fox DIing well (more often behind but randomly away) for more than like 6 throws even on a semi-reliable basis.

I remember checking it out in more detail with AR after I got it, and it not really being within reasonable simple human reaction time (like press a button when anything at all happens) at mid-upper %s, let alone the more complex decision based reaction time needed to distinguish their DI and do the correct action in response. This doesn't even consider the 0-1 frame window of error his has on timing the grab/JCgrab, unlike Falco's which is a little bit more forgiving since he accelerates downward far slower (though still very tight when they DI behind).
