I know, but if you shield it, you can counter when MK's in the air.this moves doesnt beat grounded shuttle loop
No, but if you don't want to try, that's fine.I cant, he uses it in the perfect range, if I want to punish it he hits me with the glide attack or an another attack after the glide cancel
I do exactly what he says in the first paragraph against the MKs I face...or if you can predict it, just powershield and punish with utilt or grab. Just run behind him to avoid the glide attack and then punish it with quoted tactics. Lol, one time I powershielded and accidentally up-smashed (mortar) instead of utilt (didn't have my tag on) and the mortar hit him. o.oUp B from the ground isn't tough to deal with. If the MK tries to glide attack after the Up B, chances are they will lead into a Dsmash or some other attack. So to avoid getting hit all together, roll behind the MK user as soon as the Up B starts, assuming it missed you. That way you can punish the Up B with an Ftilt, Utilt, or grab. Just make sure you learn to time the punish so you don't get hit with a Dsmash.
You can also shield grab the glide attack to lead into tech chasing with Dthrow or other things. However, note that if the MK user is smart, they will try to space the glide attack so it isn't shield grabbed and most likely lead into a Dsmash that'll hit your failed grab. To avoid this, try moving forward so that you're as close as possible to MK right before he does the glide attack so that you can grab them, as the MKs can only space away with Up B by so much. If they catch on to this and try to glide past you, dash attack into them or ftilt if they just barely pass by you.
Yea...It's fun to punish Metaknight's Up B from ground on netural stages. You just have to be smart about it. It's not one of those kind of moves you can just jump in and attack the second you see it happening. >.>
= mk glides away and doesnt get hit by the glide attackPS + roll behind him + ftilt = sex
