Yeah, Pity Final Smash.
If you die three times in a row before anyone else does, you get a free Final Smash. Not worth it at all. Just there to help the people that suck.

Also, even if you have items set to NONE, if they're still ON they will still exist in play. The frequency of appearance on top of the menu just modifies how often they randomly appear, NOT if they exist in matches or not. Putting it to NONE simply makes them stop randomly appearing, but characters like Dedede can still randomly throw an item, and Peach can still randomly pull out a Bomb-Omb instead of a turnip. The same goes for the Pity Smash Ball. To my knowledge, it still takes place if items are set to NONE but the item is still ON.
