Well, I'm new to these boards, but not to The GIMP. I've been using it about 3 years, and have a good collection of works...

Here's a sampling of what I've got:

I'm all for getting critique, no matter how little or harsh. So don't hesitate to post!

Hey hey, a new signature maker. These are pretty nice, I especially like the 2nd and 3rd. Is this going to be a shop? If you have any specific one you'd like critiqued, you should also post it in the Official Critique Topic. Good work!

nice. your best is probably the spidey one or the japanese guy with the paint splatters that says rising stars. try the critique topic if you want critique. just be sure to follow the rules. (sig off, give cnc before you get it... its in the first post)

Your effects are nice, just work on lighting and creating more depth.

Good work. I'd say the "Rising Stars" and the Mario one are my favorite, but the Spidey on is pretty cool too. If you're looking for critique, do what these guys have said, the Critique Topic is the place you want.

Keep up the good work, and if you make a shop, stay a while, and good luck. (Also, your current sig is unfortunatly too big for SWF's sig restrictions. Just thought I'd say that.)

Anyway, these are a little cluttered. Well, just the last one I guess, it bothers me that there are effects over the text... we should be able to read what it says. Actually, you don't even need text for that one, really. I think that the 1st and 3rd are the best of this set. I dunno... something about the 3rd one is just sharp and cool looking.

That's not Zero Suit, lol. Sorry to get your hopes up. And in the same tag, the text is more for use as a background effect than text.
