John is still being the same as he was, and I don't know what message he got out of Vegito's quotes if there was one to be had, but he was very quickly convinced. After the quicky-lynch I suspect Vegito/John (Gorf?) scumteam. Especially if he was "scared" last night and there was no NK (speculative and technically null I know, but it's still there).

Also, I think John claiming today is a step in the right direction. I had him as slight Town on D1, but I reread the game twice and I feel too uncomfortable with that slot. Lots of his posts remind me of scumJohn in AT; meaningless posts alongside attacking others (like his attack on Jdietz) without really pushing for them. I also don't like how he was given a free pass to sheep Ryker/Kuz because now he's a slot that can't be read.

JD: Orbo stated that Inferno was null. Rather, he didn't give a read on him BECAUSE he was already dead. Also, he Noted that what he had done was scummy, but still kept him as null. Why didn't he do this? So that he wouldn't have to substantiate his read himself. Obviously he was trying to distance himself from Inferno's flip. Which is scummy. He agreed to his scumminess, and still called him null. So he agrees to his scumminess but doesn't put his NECK OUT FOR TOWN to say that he thinks that he is scummy. He then was pushed to a corner and didn't like people finding him scummy for ONE thing instead of the whole catch up.

Orbo = Scared scum.

Bardull I'm not giving you a full read list since I think its stupid to have everything so public. I WILL give you that you've done quite a few things that seem to do little more than be attempts to seem townie (ie, random questions to the bulk of the players mixed with reads).

All good with John dying, still totally don't see the town side of his play. Orbo on the other hand is something I'm not seeing as much. I'd (meaning, EE) have to look back on his play to see if what you guys are saying lines up.

Having a null on a player like Inferno is a legitimate stance to take, and one I'm willing to accept as a reasonable action from either town or scum, especially considering he did in fact flip town. I would have to see more damning things from him considering the content of the rest of his posts to assume it scummy enough to warrant an Orbo lynch toDay. I would also be peeved if I made a large post and someone summed it up as "If Inferno's town I want em dead" when all I did was call them null.

I'm taking into consideration the players who are bringing this up of course... who happen to be my current scum-picks were I forced to choose here and now for all the marbles. It makes the argument much harder to take seriously.

I've done a super giga powerskim, so Glyph's got the helm for now. Gonna try to read up for real tomorrow whenever I wake up. I will pay special attention to Orbo, as apparently that's a thing that needs to be done; I've been keeping watch over FFT as some of you know and Orbo was a PITA to read, but I managed to get his number there. Should have some valuable insight if I don't find him deserving of the attention.

In that I have only read like 1/4 (perhaps less) of the thread and I'm already jumping to conclusions.

He likes to avoid directly answering questions, and when he is forced to, he likes to use terms that can avoid any type of directness to it. Por example, he answered his thoughts on "Gord" with simply "abrasive", while this could be leading to something, it's simply a one word adjective, and never really leads us anywhere. Later he justified his lack of reads with the fact that d1 was still new in fruition, but everyone else was already throwing some pretty big reads around.

In terms of what I can ascertain from this, I suppose he's just playing carefully, which could mean quite a few things. Careful scum, careful town. My gut says the former, 'cause he seems to be experienced enough to not fall back on the latter.

I know! It's a terrible habit I need to break. :<

I don't see how agreeing to one action being scummy means you have to lean scum on them. For instance: Your quick lynch was scummy, yet I had an overall null on you before night ended (falling from previous town read). Agreeing to one point being scum does not a scum read make. I was willing to put my vote on Inferno, however I could easily see why others might not be so confident and leave him null, especially after it was already decided.

His remarks regarding JTB's actions and John's behavior were of note. The rest not as much, just chatter and quick read responses. And I don't understand Gorf's post then if it's not a summary. His initial wave of posts was also not without merit, though slim. This is something I am not at liberty to say about John (therefore why I don't think he's the lynch for today based soley on his Inferno null read unless you can come up with something much more convincing). I'm also highly concerned of the fact that when you look back at the quotes originally condemning him, it's in fact you and Gorf doing it. I'm inclined to think this is no coincidence.
