Hello!
I'm Shaya, and I'm from Australia; there's a large contigency of Aussies going to Genesis next month (at least 8 of us) and most of us are arriving in Los Angeles a weekish early.
The Aussies, plus many Socal smashers are trying to organise a package deal that covers travel to and from Socal to Norcal and hotel accomodation!
However, at the moment the organiser, Oats, is worried about the lack of interest and may pull out within the next couple of days without gaining about 10 or more confirmations.
As Socal advertisements haven't been too fulfilling, I was hoping to find out the European Smashers who were going to Genesis to get them interested in this deal. All of us foreigners being together would be really good!
General Info:
Bus leaves Socal (driving through many locations) Thursday morning, and starts driving back from Norcal on Monday morning.
The organiser has arranged a booking out of a hotel, covering us for accomodation on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Pictures
Total cost: $145 per person.
I've been talking to Doraki, who is interested in going, and brought up how he needed Socal accomodation. From my talkings and discussions with many Californians, any smashers needing housing for several days before this trip are most likely to get housed by smashers :D.
Oats has said that if he does not get some more confirmations within the next day or so he may pull out. I think in terms of convenience this is an amazing deal, and us Aussies would be disappointed if it fell through. So for any European Smashers coming to Genesis, take this into consideration! Hopefully at a fast pace
