IGN review seem to talk about all the games faults and gametrailers seemed to talk about all the laughs in the game! (video reviews and at least thats what i thought)

I just now started to see IGN's flaws as reviewing, manly they said the game is better than New Super Mario Bros, but yet they gave the Wii one a much lower score, NSMB has a 9.5 and NSMBW have a 8.9?! I'm glad new reviewers are whipping some since into the Metacritic scale.

My local Gamestop opened 3 hours early for NSMBWii's release, so I quickly stopped by before church to pick up the game. I'm up to 1-castle and can't play until Friday. My parents think it's a bad idea to play games on a school day...

I've seen lots of people talk about Mario games and compare them e.g. SMB3 and SMW.

So, just out of curiosity which is your favorte game out of these 3?
64, Sunshine or Galaxy?

I see them getting compared a lot, so I thought why not post it here?

sunshine was just NOT a good game. bored me way too much

I just got NSMBW today and I already beat it. The co op feature is both fun and annoying at the same time. I was playing with my two younger siblings, and while you can save friends when they die (they still lose a life, though), you can kill each other easily by running or jumping into each other. This game is actually a little difficult as well. I still managed to beat the same day I got it, but I had people to play it with so I'm not sure if would be harder alone.

I heard that you press the A button, or something like that to make your friends get in a bubble, so you don't have to jump on them.

@mario game thingy:IMO, it's like this, though I'm sure not a lot of people will agree with me

64>Galaxy=Sunshine.

EDIT:Ok, so I wrote this big-*** reason what I like and dislike about some of the games, but I realised the they don't make sense =/

I dislike 64. Sooo many levels just WAY too stupid :/ Like the boat level with the big eel. Just annoying. And the one level where you raise and lower the water level. Hated that **** too. It was an interesting experiment in game design, but it just doesn't have the polish and fun the other have.

I actually think Galaxy had the best story though I really liked that Sunshine, on the same level as Galaxy. 64 is still my favorite though <3

I agree with CRASHiC though, I didn't like some water levels =/
it could have used the FLUDD in some of the water levels xD

Wow, the only Mario game I've ever completed in a day was Super Mario Bros.1, I'm sure it will be fun but I do hope it can keep me entertained for quite a while.

If it is that short, I'll just try to find the secrets. That should keep me entertained

I agree, Sunshine's storyline was the best of the three. The game that has the best story in of all the Mario games was PM:TTYD, though.

Yah, it felt pretty epic.


I don't think I can really say Sunshines story was the greatest. It felt somewhat generic with a bit of a twist really. But the twists in the game were pretty interesting -- terrible voice acting though, especially Bowser.. x.x

Galaxy has a LOT more story though. Still wish the levels weren't as short and linear as they were though. But that's another part of the game overall.

I like Sunshine the most still. Not sure why, maybe it's the fun bosses though. It was a frustrating game though, but still is fun.
