it says operating hours are from 4-10 on their FB page...also if we do a tournament will we charge $10 for it?

Gamers Xperience is here for the community. If you need us to open up at 2 pm or earlier for you guys...we can and will,
granted that there are enough people attending. We are willing to stay open later if needed. Lastly Sundays are available as well.
You communicate with us what you would like and we will do our best to meet the needs of the community.

No TVs are needed, we have 18+ available. We have 2 Wii and 2 Brawl, others need to provide if more are needed.

Now no one has mention a tournament entry fee or other details. Do you need us to open at 2pm?
How long do you expect the tournament to run? Did we mention the door fee?
I ask all of this because the last I heard of this was just a little talk and nothing confirmed until earlier today.

I'll bring a Brawl setup. Opening at 2 pm would be good because we could all play longer but as you see in my post, only about 10 people are probably going to show as of now so if you want to open early for 10 people, it's up to you.
It was only talk until Chima told me it was tomorrow and I went and rallied the troops. I didn't know that it wasn't set, sorry. Tell me earlier and I can get stuff down for you in the future if you ever want to plan something.

How much will this be costing us, Venue fee and tournament fee, if we actually have enough people to do one. Also this still seems to be up in the air is this really gonna happen?
If we are only going to have 10 people I say it would be better just to have a smashfest. IMO.

Oh it wasn't our plans. This is not our event, I'm not sure who was the first to speak of this event.

This is a tourney? I thought it was just another Smashfest that got some interest. Me and Miles will try to be there around 1:00, if it's okay to be there at that time.

Also, I really appreciate what GX is trying to do for the Brawl community (offering a venue, good return post time, extra cash thrown in the pot, opening early for us, etc), I just wish we could get you more hype. Next time you're thinking of planning an event try to contact me and I'll seriously try to help you get a decent turn out.

For the doors to open up. There's like 4 posts above you talking about how it originally didn't open until 4 pm but he changed it to 2 pm to be nice lol. I'm quitting too. From competitive, at least. I'm starting to find Yoshi fun, so I might stop by to dabble around in friendlies, but I've reached the peak of my Smash career. This was a fun Smashfest, guys :D Hope to see you all again soon.
