Think about it: It's just like paying a tip. You don't have to, but not doing it makes you you look pretty garbage. And here's the kicker, you don't even have to pay it. See below.

Gas is $18-$25 a person. Meaning, they can pay as low as $18, or as much as $25. They pick the price. I'm not gonna flat rate it. It's called being fair and negotiating.

Even on BBQ's last post, gas was $17 a head with my calculations (which are very conservative btw.) So asking $1 more is price gouging?
