i heard there was some unranked marth player that does pretty good except agaisnt ddds whcih he always gets matched up agaisnt halfway through the bracket so he places 9th but he's picking up mk for them so he's going to place top 5 consistently now

how would you guys feel if ga rankings were combined with north FL? Kind of like md/va.

You guys play against them way more often than we do (central and south fl) and attend each others tournies sometimes.

We were talkin about it in the fl thread

We NEVER play North Fl. At least I haven't since like a long time ago. MD/VA is combined because they go to each others tourneys all the time. We're lucky to see you guys except at like major events, that are usually held in Central FL anyways.

We play with AL a lot more and we aren't merged =/

I haven't gone to a talahassee tourney since like April 09 lolz. Not because I don't want to it's just hard to plan it out especially when it's a 5-6 hour drive =(

A very rare few have problem, most of us flock together though. We've only played CFL iirc, and that's from halloween bash back in 09.

I'd like to combine our rankings but I mean I don't ever see any Floridians down here. Recently I've been hearing a ****load of **** talking on GA lol. From both OoS people and online GA brawlers. They say GA only has 2 good people Lou and Kis. But I mean tbh, AL is in GA most the time. Well @ least all the times I've gone. GA should be GA/AL in PR rankings. That way we could say we have 3 or 4 National level players in our top 10. (Kismit,Lou,Reflex,Elv8 possibly?) Idk, I think GA needs to travel more but I also think combining us w/ AL or another state wouldn't hurt. Because if you think of it doing so would make us have greater National level than MD/VA which has a total of 4 or 5 I think? Idk I just want the best for the scene lol.




Also, I used to live in Tallahassee, FL 3 years ago. I was there before I was here but I wasn't in the smash scene. It's only a 4hr. distance from Gwinnett if I'm not mistaken. My step dad still worked in Tallahassee while my family lived here in GA for a while, that's how close it was lol.

For a group to be merged, we have to constantly be traveling to each other's tourneys. Only AL does this (most of GA can't travel to most tourneys anyways outside of the ATL area). So, it only makes sense to merge with AL.

I mean it's possible but it would only happen if NFL started coming to our tourneys.


And Merges seem to only be able to happen one way w/ The state of GA. And that's if other states come here. We don't travel as much as other states. Hell we have a ****ing big *** line that divides Offline GA brawlers from Online GA brawlers lol. So it's a one way thing.

i've never had someone say

"we're going to play friendlies until i figure out how to beat your god **** character"

and

"i'm not afraid to beat up a high schooler"

one after the other

p1 is on there because he's salty as **** that i got a 100 on an economics test he bet me $5 he would beat me on.

he got a 95

he was so salty i decided to not take his money

which made him even saltier because he realized i sandbagged

We're sorry for the long wait; the panelists, Biglou, Micaelis, and myself, have discussed for about an hour any excess changes that needed to be made, and we feel comfortable (while the results are -very- close) with our power rankings list. So here is.

2010 Fall Season GA Power Rankings​

Honorable Mentions *in no particular order*

I (Roxy) and Lounis, have noticed that Micaelis and Turtl have been even in all aspects even except for one match where Turtl has won on (on faulty terms apparently, but no johns). Turtl has (almost purposely) ignored any money match or power rankings match from Micaelis throughout the fall season and because of that has gotten 5th for it.


We've decided that at MLG Raleigh, Turtl 'needs' to play a 5 dollar + money match against Micaelis for your 5th place ranking so that the pr can be accurate. Until then they will be considered 5/6th, not either or the other.

You cannot Money Match Lounis until this Money match as occurred
