So i was talking to a friend of mine who recently got Brawl, and he's convinced tiers don exits. I tried to convince him, but failed miserably. I didn't put up the best argument, but I don't think even the best argument can convince him. I'm not making this up, Lol. also, I didn't use official terms when describing things, because he doesn't know them yet.
