As the title suggests, this tournament hopes to hold the full roster of characters in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS. In order to gather fighters for the tournament, we will be holding it on November 29, starting from 9:00 AM PACIFIC/12:00 PM EASTERN. Date and especially time MAY BE CHANGED based on player requests.
EVEN IF YOU'RE LATE, PLEASE COME. YOU WON'T BE DISQUALIFIED UNTIL 30 MIN LATER.
Game rules:
1. Best 2/3 games wins the round. Double elimination brackets. Best 3/5 for Semis and Finals.
2. 3 Stock, 8 minutes. In the case of a tie, Sudden Death does not matter, rather who had the lowest percentage before eight minutes strike wins.
3. No items. Custom Specials are allowed, but NOT EQUIPMENT. This is subject to change if competitors abuse their special move privilege.
4. For this tournament, fighters must stick to ONE AND ONLY ONE character. Doing otherwise would defeat the purpose of our theme.
5. No cheating, spamming, stalling, and especially no hacking. Play well, but play with dignity. Fighters may report their opponent's misdeeds to me, but must provide replay proof. CHEATERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
STAGES:
Starters: Final Destion(/All Omega), Battlefield, Yoshi's Island
Counter-pick: Arena Ferox, Prism Tower.
On the first game, each fighter strikes one starter stage and both play on the remaining stage.
On subsequent games, the winning fighter of the previous round strikes one stage, leaving the loser to choose of the remaining four.
For the purposes of this tourney, winning players may strike counter-picks.
Dave's Stupid Rule applies, meaning if you win on one game, you may not choose to play on that same stage you won on again (unless agreed upon by both players).

Our idea is a higher reward based on the number of participants.
At 32 fighters: 1st place gets ten dollar eShop credit.
At 48 fighters: 1st place gets twenty dollar eShop credit, 2nd gets ten.
At 64 fighters: 1st place gets twenty dollar eShop credit, 2nd gets ten, and 3rd gets ten.
Note: entry is COMPLETELY FREE (provided you have the game, of course).

CHAT:
