fox and falco???

What should I do to counter the approach of a falco shooting lasers while i'm marth? Or a fox running around everywhere and camping. I can't seem to make the right decision about my approaches and it messes me up and I get punished almost everytime. Advice plz?

With Fox? Get a percent lead and stick to smaller maps. With the grab trickery that Marth can do to Fox, you should be walking into every stock with a free 30% lead.

Since fox's lasers don't stun you, it's pretty easy to close in on him and you shouldn't take too much damage. Once you get in his face, it's just your basic zoning match. Pressure him to the edges; dtilt, fair, DB, and nair are particularly useful in this matchup.

people talk about perfect shield being the perfect option against falco

it isn't LOL

the only reason why powershielding is effective is because it allows you to drop your shield immediately and punish with an "oos" option, quotations because after you ps it loses the shield lag

falco can just capitalize on the shield drop with his frame 4 dash attack

granted you can adapt to that but perfect shielding is not infallible. you have to mix it up

You just gotta get into his zone. Once you get close enough, read what the Falco player will do once he stops using his lasers and manipulate that. If he were stupid enough to continue the lasers while at close range, he'll get punished for hit hard. This should be in the Q&A thread.
