Well technically, if he is coming out of a shield, then i still see that has defensive. Since he started his assault by defending and then countering his opponent.

I want to see this Pit so I can battle him if I can, or at least take a few lessons from him to see if I have to improve my strategies.

I played him in finals. I summarize his playing style (besides straight-up good with ninja reflexes):
-Edge camping :(
-Excellent spacing. If I was close, he would keep me at the tip of his jab and punish when he connected.
-Reserving his b-air for the kill
-FD was his best stage
-Utilizing every single move correctly. Except dtilt, haha. I think he used that twice.

When I played as Snake, I won only half the time. I know I got lucky too. My advice for you Pit players is not to mirror shield Snakes that can cook grenades well. When I threw my grenade at Forward, he would reflect it but with my awesome grenade cooking skills (heh), it would explode right next to him after reflecting. Since the reflection basically doubles the knockback (it seemed), the resulting explosion would KO him at relatively low damages.

Unfortunately, there was no recording equipment :(

So it looks like I must seek advice from the Following Pits:

Sagemoon (By default, and would probably need help against Future Marios and he gots a lot of experience against Mario)
Eternal Phoenix Fire (He obviously has a lot of experience by looking at his post count)
Forward (One of Gimpy's friends I heard, and has a lot of early experience)

Hopefully, one of these great angels will come back to guide me :)
