i'd think it'd be a lot more dumb because kailo posts here, but ems is right. This is suppoosed to be about the tournament.

If the September tournament is held on that weekend it will be the 25th because I don't hold tournaments on Saturdays, only sundays. And we can worry about next month when it rolls around.

I may or may not play in the upcoming... But Raymond will definitely be here. I hope...

I know we're expecting several people from the Houston area aside from the BS Krew and the people associated with eMs and them... also at least 5 people coming from Victoria... a lot of people have also volunteered to bring chips, drinks, snacks, etc, so I think this one will be even more fun b/c of FREE FOOD.

if anyon'es gonna bring a TV or GCN or anything, please let me know.

also, if anyone thinks they might have Rayzorium's memory card, we'd very much appreciate it being returned.. i know things get mixed up sometimes at tournaments, and someone may have walked off with it.

A healthy amount of competition is always good and sh#t talk is, I suppose, just a part of the game. But let's not let competitiveness turn to animosity... I'll still be playing friendly matches with anyone who wants to whether I play in the actual tournament on Sunday or not. These monthly tournaments were designed to bring the Houston Smash Community together so we could all get better as a united force and become pwnz0rz.

Anyways, I'll be bringing a cube. I don't have memory card, but you only technically need one memory card to run a tournament. Just start up the game with the memory card and you'll never need it again.

I'm seriously thinking of discontinuing monthly tournaments until I can secure a different location... This month's tournament will be held in the same place at the same time, but future months are to be determined...

To STD Crew and its associates: You're all underage, and furthermore the lot of you have mentioned before that your parents don't know where you really are when you're at my apartment and probably wouldn't want you to be there if they did. In light of that and also the fact that my truck was broken into AGAIN... I would appreciate it if you would all make sure to ask permission before you come. I have no desire to be held responsible for anything that might happen to the lot of you, or to get severely b1tched at or have charges filed against me or whatnot should any of your parents find out where you are and have a conniptic fit. Do what you hvae to do, but if you can't get permission, don't come.

i concur...for safety reasons mainly......or, have an adult supervision tag along with them.....waivers...i'm sure there is ideas...or perhaps communicate with the parents about tourny attendence........i feel that each and every tourny should be fun for all..but at the same time, safe as well.
