ok i can get people to a high percantage but ican never seem to finish them off .any tips or strategies?

Ftilt to Fair is an excellent finisher. The one I use most. But there are lots of other ways to finish, such as:
gimping with needles
bair edgeguards
at higher percents or on platforms uair and usmash

and nobody had said dsmash yet. It is pretty tricky if u spam a whole lot of other moves then just say, "*** spacing" and run in dsmash. it *****.

Iirc dmash also has invincibility frames, which would make it good for all kinds of things.

Depends which char you're playing against, but in general ftilt to fair on not-too-high percent, dtilt to fair on higher percent, and jab to fair on floaties/very high percent. And of course, if you play ntsc you have that ridiculous downthrow to uair/upsmash
