1. It's already been confirmed that there will be NO CLONES in Brawl, so he should return. He'd have his own moveset anyway.
2. I found him to be faster then Fox in Melee.
3. Falco is actually pretty important, if you've ever played Starfox 64.
I can't really come up with anything else to list, but I'm at least pretty happy with the fact that he wont be a clone character this time around.

1.Clones are confirmed in Brawl *points at Solid Snake, being Big Boss' clone*. Seriously though, CLONES ARE NOT DECONFIRMED IN BRAWL!
2.Fox is faster, BY A LOT!
3.At least you aren't starmie. GOOD!

He could still be a clone this time around, as well as original. Keep that in mind.

Its true, Sakurai said in his Journal that there will be no clones in Brawl. The clones who will be in Brawl will be probably either be luigi-fied or have a completely new moveset

Ganondorf, Falco, and Young Link seem to be the three most likely clones to return =O

No, I still think we'll get Wolf and Kystal AND falco. Why? some say that Star Foxdoesn't deserve 4 reps, maybe it doesn't deserve them, but think about it, if sakurai adds the 3 of them, that's the perfect Star foxx roster, and there's no need to change it any further.
