I'll help the poor imp.

1. Clone in Melee, all that really was different was his N64 Fox-Type Blaster
2. He may be popular, but that really doesnt prove anything. Last time I checked, clones dont work for Sakurai. Plus, Fox pretty much can sum up Team Starfox's battle strategy. (Not Krystal, because shes a Magic user.)
3. Not really much of a role, just said things like "I gotta hand it to ya Fox." or "Hey, watch wher ur goin mannn!".
4. Krystal and Wolf seem more better for a replacement, because Krystal is different from Team Starfox, because she wasnt trained by the same people as Fox and such. She uses Magic. Wolf can be different, because, for one thing, his team isnt Team Starfox, which could mean different moves.
5. Just because he has a badass attitude, does not mean hes cool. However, I do see that Rocket Launcher if he is in, even though Snake already has one.
