That was very, very well-done... Well-done enough to doop my sister sitting behind me as I watched it, too! I would love to have a reworked version of the game- not because we need it, but because that kinda stuff reworked somehow makes me even more nostalgia hard than just playing the same game over again, if you can legitimately make it look "better" while retaining its originally quirks, like this video managed to do. That was very nice. Wouldn't mind something like this being real.

Damn, why is everyone making such a fuss about a fan made video? Complaining about how the happy mask salesman looks, not liking the graphical style, calling the trailer cheesy. You guys are acting like this thing is something more than just a fan made trailer.

Personally, I thought the trailer was wonderful and very well made. You can tell that A TON of effort was put into making the environments, 3D models, and camera movements. That's a lot to be said about fan work. This is easily one of the best pieces of Zelda fan art ever.

Yes, it is painful when people express opinions that do not line up with your own.

No, it's painful when people take a voluntarily-created, painstaking piece of art and can't appreciate it because it doesn't fit their idea of how the art should be done. Even if I didn't like the way the guy portrayed certain characters, or the art style used, I'd still acknowledge artistic vision and proficiency in 3D modeling necessary to create something like this. Those things aren't something that everyone has, and should be respected.

As far as opinions go, I reserve the right to question opinions that I think are down-right silly. You can defend your stance, or do nothing, but the worst thing you can do is remain obstinate just because you think your opinion shouldn't be challenged.
