Everyone Should be Using Up B Platform Cancel - Video Proof Here

This is an old tech that I said was awesome, but could never show true application...well here you go...I finally went back to brawl last night and I got the best combo that I've done so far.

Here you go...comment on the vid, the tech, or post your own videos...lets just make this productive...the forums have been terrible lately.

Yes, its very simple but everyone should be using it.

haha well its all really dependent on my roommate, DangerLance. He's the editor and has all the equipment and his girlfriend just got back from china after a 7 week hiatus, so I doubt he's gonna edit much right now ;-) ;-). I'm hoping by the end of the month?

Very nice combo. I've used it some, but I can usually find a different move to use it with. I guess it restores my other attacks eh?

Oh, and Shrink, I've been using Marth lately as my kirby counter. Soooo freakin similiar. I don't have any trouble adjusting the two play styles.

That was sweet, I've actually done that before. Big characters (DK) you can own 3-4 times with the chain of you get em' in just the right spot.

Anyone ever seen it done on a small character? Stuff like squirtle is hard to hit with UpB...

oh yeah, i dropped marth completely now though...just can't play brawl marth and melee marth at the same time.

haha i was talkin about this yesterday on the stage discussion. platforms are oli's best friend. try a dthrow to nair to UpB to whatever(no platform needed). this works almost all the time. the aerial helps space the UpB to cancel lag.
