Aether Studios just announced Etalus is returning as a playable character in Rivals of Aether II soon!

The trailer gave us a quick look at his moveset, and it looks pretty similar to how it did in the original Rivals of Aether. We also get to hear his voice, see a dinosaur-themed skin, and got a release date. Etalus will arrive on January 21st, 2025, and 2025 will also feature three more characters. One will be in spring, one in summer and finally there’ll be one for fall. Aether Studios additionally stated they will reveal more information about Etalus in the future. Also, Etalus and all the upcoming characters don't come at any additional cost for players, they're completely free!
Author’s Note: I think Etalus coming back is pretty awesome personally. Oh, and you know what else is awesome? He's voiced by Erik Braa, the same guy who did the English voice of Master Kohga in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and Moon Knight in Marvel Rivals! That’s pretty cool, isn’t it?
