10/10 you will feel MUCH better after a home cooked meal (hell, a sandwich will do the trick) and a bunch of water rather than a ****ty energy drink. unless food poisoning is a factor. then you're screwed.
Home cooked food is so ****ing good, and cheap too.

You don't need to know how to cook, you just need to have a good recipe, ability to comprehend written text, time and little effort. Seriously, read the instructions and you can't mess up.

Also, something I've tried to learn is to not drink during eating meals, because I find myself not chewing the food properly which causes digestion problems, stomachache, not to taste the food properly (lack of saliva & mixing) and just generally eating too fast. I also may eat too much because the feeling of hunger goes away quicker the better you chew.

As for energy drinks, I used to like them a lot before but nowadays I only drink them when I need to, and even then I choose the drinks that taste like carbonated water with lemon flavor rather than the traditional energy drinks.

The state of food & eating is really bad in our society =/ I wish I had the effort to eat more healthy but the issue is that virtually everything contains preservatives or other chemical crap, even vegetables and fruits contain traces of pesticides and other chemicals.

I wanna get a small piece of land and start growing some potatoes. **** Monsanto

Again, Mike, you're just being a hypocrite at this point.

Krav label means no chemical pesticides means same as our organic(http://www.krav.se/System/Spraklankar/In-English/For-Consumers/). Pesticide means kills pests. If you don't kill pests, pests eat food. If pests eat food, you have no food. Not a hard concept, especially for a genius.

Also, why does a genius spell quiet instead of quite? Is it because your computer didn't correct it for you? What a genius.

The whole "I'm better than you because. . . " is just annoying, give it up and stop making yourself look bad, you're not impressing anyone, especially with internet stats. Watch this: I'm a billionaire super-model genius. It is the internet, so I can say that. People can say anything on the internet, so nobody will believe your nonsense, although people do see one thing: how you present yourself. At this point, I'm done replying to you, child.
Pesticide free food does exist. Stop being mentally ********.
Now find me an extremly toxic pesticide that a KRAV labelled product uses.

OH NO I MADE A TYPO IM NO LONGER A GENIUS ;( i am indeed a genius, there is evidence for this that I could link if you find it necessary.

I already told you, Pyganic is a nuerotoxin that isn't synthetically prepared, so it meets KRAV regulations. Now you're just repeating yourself. C'mon now.

This time I'm actually done with this thread.

energy drinks just take away how calm i need to be before / during actual matches and more often leave me TOO hyped up physically.

people need to eat healthier @ the tournaments i've been to. i usually only took bottled water and organic granola bars, once or twice a can of cashews or mixed nuts.

energy drinks are bad for you for reasons already listed numerous times, and imo caffine in general is bad for you. i don't drink any caffinated drinks, and have no problem waking up in the morning. maybe it's just me tho

generally @ tournaments i never had a problem with being physically tired; my poor preformences were a result of a weak mindset. meh
