actually i know how to do it but it comes out being sucky, it takes forever, i always screw up one of steps. sorry but im just not really a techy guy

Here's an easy how to:

1. Make sure there is no Alpha Channel .
2. Have a starting picture.
3. Duplicate Layer
4. Cut (or erase) the little guy.
5. Paste (or draw in) the little guy. If you're pasting him, you can simply stretch or rotate before anchoring it.
6. Save (If it's been over two minutes since your last one)
7. Repeat 3-6.
8. View It
9. Post It!

What is the part you don't understand? It would be great if you could learn to make GIFs. THE WORLD needs to learn how to make GIFs.
