when i was a little kid i was obsessed with kirby. basically my first game was that game called i think it was kirby and the dream shard? for the n64. afterwards when i got the smash bros. game used i was all like "this is gonna be my main". then for years to come i bought melee. i really forgot how the games were like after years of lack of playing them. and i didnt own them anymore so yeah.......... well anyways ive been starting to play these games again and for a minute i kinda zoned out of who marx was. lol

Hey, if you get a Wii, you can download every console game (sans Kirby Super Star and Kirby Air Ride). Although my favorite is Kirby Super Star Ultra for DS. :chuckle:

.gif? and thats it?
You have to make separate layers for each frame. Eache layer must be a white background. Once you make all the frames(you may have to duplicate frames so it doesnt go by too fast) go to filters>animation>playback to watch it and determine any fixes you need to make. Then save it as a gif. Make sure you don't flatten the image and you choose animation. It'll ggove you the option when you save and your done. It's pretty easy once you know how to animate but it took me a while to figure it out.

i barely understood half of it. could someone tell me step by step. i usually cant read like that and whenever i learn how to do something it must ALWAYS be in a step by step format. yes i know that is an annoying quality about me and i hate it

Step 1: Create a white document and paste in your first frame.

Step 2: Copy this layer

Step 3: Create a new layer(shift+ctrl+N) it must be white

Step 4: Make sure you have the same background as the last frame. Now draw the guy in a new position.

Step 5: repeat this with more and more layers until you are satisfied.

Step 6: to preview your animation go to filters then click animation then click playback. You will probably notice it goes too fast. To fix this go to your layers dialogue. You can find this by pressing CTRL+L.

Step 7: By clicking a layer and pressing shift+ctrl+D you will duplicate a layer. You should duplicate each individual layer 3 times. This is my preference. Preview your animation again to make sure you like it.

Remember if you don't want it to be choppy like mine( i was rushing ) you will end up using more layers because when you draw the next stick figure position it will be very close to the original.

Saving steps:
Step 1: Save as a .gif

Step 2: When you save a box may pop up asking you if you'd like to flatten the image or save as an animation. YOU MUST SAVE AS ANIMATION.

Step 3: upload to photobucket or whatever you use and you should be done. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Sorry I'm not really understanding this. My best reccomendation is start over and try again. What i do is I paste in the mountaind bg to layer one and draw the stick figure. I duplicate the first layer and just erase the guy and draw him in a new position. Make sure your layers are set to white too. IDK if this will help. If not sorry

This, but also make sure that there is NO Alpha Channel. (Check the transparency mode)

Click "Save as" and under Animated GIF Options, edit the value next to "Display between frames when Unspecified". Note that this changes the frame rate for ALL frames.

Here's my animation.
