i barely understood half of it. could someone tell me step by step. i usually cant read like that and whenever i learn how to do something it must ALWAYS be in a step by step format. yes i know that is an annoying quality about me and i hate it
Step 1: Create a white document and paste in your first frame.
Step 2: Copy this layer
Step 3: Create a new layer(shift+ctrl+N) it must be white
Step 4: Make sure you have the same background as the last frame. Now draw the guy in a new position.
Step 5: repeat this with more and more layers until you are satisfied.
Step 6: to preview your animation go to filters then click animation then click playback. You will probably notice it goes too fast. To fix this go to your layers dialogue. You can find this by pressing CTRL+L.
Step 7: By clicking a layer and pressing shift+ctrl+D you will duplicate a layer. You should duplicate each individual layer 3 times. This is my preference. Preview your animation again to make sure you like it.
Remember if you don't want it to be choppy like mine( i was rushing ) you will end up using more layers because when you draw the next stick figure position it will be very close to the original.
Saving steps:
Step 1: Save as a .gif
Step 2: When you save a box may pop up asking you if you'd like to flatten the image or save as an animation. YOU MUST SAVE AS ANIMATION.
Step 3: upload to photobucket or whatever you use and you should be done. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
