Smash Journeyman
Alrighty then, i have three methods.
Method 1: my method/quickie method.
now then, firstly: make sure you have B+ (or some other way of inserting hacks into brawl, such as BalancedBrawl, but this does load from an sd card) and brawlbox
now,
1.get your favorite music file.
2.get it changed into wav format here: http://media.io/
3. get into brawlbox, it has a brstm creator.
4. go to "file", then "new", then "brstm audio stream".
5. upload your wav file.
6. choose when you want it to loop from. (there'll be two little boxes saying when it starts and where it stops in the song, you can just have it play all the way through the song or find a nice place to have it loop back to the begining. to loop, there's a little box that says loop. just check it)
7. let it convert.
6/7b. if you're not sure if it loops or not, just look at the white box w/ the values to the right, it'll say if it's looped or not.
8. go into save as.
9.save the file type as "brstm."(it does not do this automatically, it will save it as wave format if you don't specify)
10. and follow the steps found here above and below the big black box: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=245410
(it'll tell you how to rename you music, and where to put it)
enjoy your music!
(it may be very quiet, depending on the music, this is the quickie method.)
Method 2(Darksamus77's method:
if this doesn't work or if you need more info, check out darksamus77's method here
very in depth and makes great sounding brstm files.
(This is a more in-depth way of doing the quickie method, except you can change the fact that the songs may be quiet.)
Method 3 (The streamlined/easiest method):

this is a program which quite literally does everything for you. and makes the sound louder or softer if it's not right.
