They're not going to do this and if they did, Smash would be left out. I imagine they'd have some kind of contract with Best Buy to prevent such a thing.

Also, I don't think they feel like having the eShop crash with all the people who would be attempting to download smash.

I don't care what anyone says, Devil's Third looks awesome. Doubly so that you can just say screw melee weapons and just punch people to death.

I think that Splatoon looks fun, but we've already seen so much of it that I'm so sick of it so anything else is better.

It's similar to how during the Smash Direct they make you think Palutena is de-confirmed when they show the back of a trophy, but then it turns out to be Pseudo-Palutena. That's the main reason people have hope for him, I think.

I am ambivalent towards Devil's Third.

One the one hand, it looks very interesting.
On the other hand, I play Nintendo to get away from war games.

Also, is anyone reminded from the this game by Sleeping Dogs?

-Parkour and third person perspective like Uncharted, as well as sillier customisation parts like Uncharted
-Swordplay
-Brutal takedowns
-Strategic base building for multiplayer, as well as personalised clans
-Storyline has a lot of Japanese culture and flair, including references to some pretty morbid Japanese stories
-Boobs

What testosterone fueled teen or bored adult WOULDN'T want this?

Eh, feels more like a slower Ninja Gaiden with a focus on gunplay to me, but that's just because they were both created by the same guy. I'm not terribly impressed with Devil's Third but it should be interesting to keep an eye on

Same, but the protagonist reminds me of a Duke Nukem knock off.
