you can dair to bair,nair,upair depending on DI. You can also dair to a smash if you do it low enough to the ground.

Its not a sure fire thing but it can be useful occasionally. On characters like Bowser or DK, poor DI of the drill can lead to another grab.

It works if you can read their DI properly. It won't work at higher percents if they DI behind you.

I love doing that. Dair can also be used to intercept. I've seen Bob$ use it with uair. Smashmac's dair to bair stage spike is a variation. What an awesome technique. You really need to read their DI correctly or else the second hit will miss.

Honestly, that's really only good on battlefield...
I'm pretty sure it's useful in general for the sheer fact that $mac tries it. Im pretty sure after trying it on shiz, oh say, twice? And watching him tech the wall and run away, $mac woulda been like "f' it"

I understand that, but I really don't see how it's that beneficial, as they could easily get back on the stage before you do, and perhaps even edgeguard you.
