Does GaW have any standard combos that always work, depending on the percent damage?

Well man, it's situational.
Grabs almost always combo into a Nair or Fair, regardless of percentage.
But really, you arent supposed to combo at high percentages anyway. it is usually more about comboing around mid percentages then going in for some kill move.

his back air is a good combo starter to since its a little longer than the foward air. you can also come down from a foward air to a down tilt to a N-air. just try that first
