The most popular ones are lettuce, tomato, cheese, and some kind of sauce. It's usually red or white as far as I know and the red sauces are usually hot (at least the ones from TB are). My mom gets the taco kits and it comes with red tomato tasting sauce and some white sauce. I just go in the drawer and get Taco Bell's extreme sauce.
