SRTM is what I use for almost anything. (Its my initials)
It sounds weird when I'm at a tourney and they say SRTM go fight Ally or something.
Should I change my name to something more smash bros like, or stick with what I have?
It's just bothering me lately....
what you think?

ah yes srtm is accord
make it more simple and some vowels so it looks like a real word
Accord? Do you mean awkward?

At the end of the day, your nickname should be up to you. Make it something that has meaning to you personally. I doubt our suggestions will fit the bill.

Doesn't have to be smashbros like...

Hey, in your example.. Ally isn't even smashbros related. Its a fine name, no real meaning but memorable.

People remember your play and not your character.

Mine is my initials, so don't worry about it. Then again my initials happen to be the abbreviation for Redmage...so <.<;;

My name has a history behind it. I use it for everything and had used it for everything before I learned that it was a smash crew.

Its alright being SRTM, but its more common to find it in car games, etc. since SRT stands for Sports Racing Technology, which are some of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep cars...

make it something more involved into smash, that would be better, or something that yuo like

My username actually means something like "designate" in swedish.
Now THAT is not smashbros like.

But it's really your own choice whenever you want to change it or not. I personally think it sounds cool.

Look at my name not smash related at all, anyways just try to make a real name or something its easier to be called at a tournament like'' Harry, Smary, Barry, Larry, Darry, Zarry.
