Smash Champion
EDIT: WOW. Screwed up the title.
I talked about this idea in IRC earlier. #BrawlPlus just isn't a..."reliable" place for matchmaking, and AllIsBrawl's Free Play chat is even worse. I'm sure people have someone to play with online; but to have it really prosper, Brawl+ should have a good Matchmaking Chat, similar to AllIsBrawl's Free Play.
Of course, we may not have the funds OR the time. But we can get a free chat, like xat. That would be the first step towards getting a nice matchmaking chat going. Later, when things are ready, it can be funded or at least improved. If not, that's okay too.
I was thinking why not make a xat on BrawlPlus.net for right now? We could get some active mods and admins to moderate and guide new users, and also make it easier to get Brawl+. (Sort of like #BrawlPlus, but more oriented for matchmaking) Make it something they won't just glance at and then leave alone.
If the idea isn't supported, I understand. It doesn't seem necessary, but seems profitable. Thoughts?
