New format.

Any player ranked within the top 5 of any state will be not be allowed to enter this Singles tournament. They create an unfair advantage, and even though I'm on their level, I still get to enter because I'm 6th and it's my tourney. This, I guarantee will have at least 100 entrants, and a decent pot.

All other standard rules apply. More info by tonight.

Nah, it's pretty legit to say that NJ is the strongest state right now. Do you have evidence to proven otherwise? I can provide a mountain of it for my case.

Also, I'm 4th in NJ, so I can't enter. Oh well.
