Disney bought Marvel for 4 Billion?

I was shocked.

So is it still going to be called Marvel? Is Marvel just going to be a subsidiary of Disney? Or is it all going to be "Disney" and the franchise will have Disney as their developer? I can't imagine, Disney vs Capcom 2. I can imagine it now. The next kingdom hearts game will have marvel characters.
