Diddy's Other Spike

This might be old news, but here goes.

When I played as Diddy a while back, I found that the explosion from his Rocket Barrels can spike an enemy.
Is this a new discovery or am I just being a noob again?

It's a nifty way to edgeguard. Charge your up b right beside the ledge and release it when someone tries to recover. =)

Make sure you never forget that it is a spike.

I won a match the other day by getting three barrel spikes. Gimping wins again.
