Data we need collected for next beta

In addition to the other thread, I figured this thread should be a request thread for character data collection on the characters that we believe are currently the most lacking.

From the pokemon trainer forums and here I need to get the following data collected:

Charizard frame data for (it isn't publicly available right now):

Hitbox Frame Data:

Downsmash (from the player request thread)
