Hey everyone. I thought I'd post in here to extend the invite to everyone in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, but I will be hosting a tournament (with Game Trade being gracious enough to let us use their store, as well) in Mesquite on the 24th. If anyone is interested, we have a thread on this board and in Tournament Listings, so feel free to hit us up; we'd be delighted if you all came.

So how does EVO work exactly? Is it just EVO East and West or would there be one a smaller beginning round in Texas or close, because if so, I think I wanna go depending on circumstances.

Picture EVO as 2 tournaments one in the east and one in the west. People from all over play various fighting games. The top players of each games go to Las Vegas and compete for the grand championship. This tournament is as big as it gets.

My mistake there aren't any regional qualifying rounds this year. All the qualifying rounds are done at las vegas.
