Dash Attack Canceled Up Smash

How do you guys do it?

I seem to get the best results with c- down to up + Z w/ Z set to attack. Even then I don't get it as often as I'd like. About 60%.

So, asking the rest of the Sheik community:

How do you do it?
What control setup do you use?
What is your overall success rate?
