Quick question... Do you use the cheap ones off amazon or ebay or are they official Nintendo branded ones?
Never cheap, third party ones. I was lucky to find a seller selling this many official boards for a good price.

I'm curious... if you took out a shoulder spring and replaced it with a weaker spring, what would light-shielding be like?

how much are your controllers btw?
Depends what you want.

Visit the site, when you build your own custom controller it starts at $20, then increases according to how you customize it.
http://gamecubescrubb.storenvy.com

Cool, that would have been bad business... the 3rd party controllers suck. Good luck in your ventures.
I would never use those pieces of ****. They break in a week!

Do you have a list of shell, pad, & stick color options or is the sky the limit?
  • Refer to the first post for shells.
  • I have army and bright green, purple, hot pink, red, blue, yellow, bright orange, black, and white PS3 Sticks available. (visit the site, view the customize your own controller to see a picture of all of em) http://gamecubescrubb.storenvy.com
  • I have regular colored gamecube sticks
  • Black, White, and Gold Nunchuk Sticks
  • You can also order a painted C-stick (they last), as long as you also get it sanded..
I have emerald, orange, indigo, black, and silver chords around. I can paint chords too for an extra fee.

Thats because the price set for international shipping (besides canada, which is $10) is $0. I determine the exact shipping price according to your country and what the package weighs later, when the order is complete.

All I can do is give you an estimate (usually $20 per controller, pbly +$7 per extra controller) then I can get the exact price at a later date.

For all of you out there interested in ordering, I really can't accept orders right now. I am backed up with about 6 pending controller orders, and the inclement winter weather doesn't help either..

Thanks for all the support tho Ill try to keep the controllers coming out for you guys!

There are slots and greaves in the back piece of the controller under the triggers to stick that little piece sticking out of the z button. Probably have to take it apart and put it back together.

If you plan on taking your controller apart quite often (usually ends up happening) I suggest keeping only 2-4 screws in (just enough so the shells still clamp together tightly) So you can take it apart much quicker, and plus you won't get quite as frustrated if something doesn't work quite right.

Also, another helpful suggestion is to put in just 1-2 screws initially, then test the controller for about a minute (make sure everything works) then put the other screws in.

I can only take mod/repair orders right now. I cannot paint, since I have many customers on the list for a paint job (if you already are, disregard this notice) and can't take more orders ATM.

Just finished an order for NME.

He sent me two limited edition controllers, a sexy Club Nintendo one and a fully transparent one which I put three R/G/B LED's into. All I did with the Club Nintendo one was clean it and remove the rumble, now the buttons don't stick and it's lighter! :falconmelee:

I'll post pictures and maybe a video soon. Also, I need more commissions right now and need to pay rent soon SO BUY CONTROLLER JOBS FROM ME!

Edit:
Pictures!

Those LED ones are really fancy. How much would it be for one of those (no other mods)?

Also, what would you say is the best way to clean a controller?

'Bout $35 not including shipping if you send me your own controller. $45 if you want a new one from me.

A wet paper towel or disinfecting wipes and a tooth pick to scrape the hard to reach places. I also like to soak the screws in 100% alcohol so they're nice and shiny.

How much would you sell the shell of the official emerald controller with/without the cord and how much would you sell the bottom clear shell?

Since you are charged per board and other components you order, some standard shells do not cost extra in your overall order. Prices are per shell. All shells are OEM. Cost per one shell.
* (Wavebird) Silver $0
* (Wavebird) Gray $0
* Silver $0
* Indigo $0
* Black $0
* Orange $5
* Clear (bottom) $10
* Clear (top) $50
* Emerald $25
* White $15
Club Nintendo or other exclusives should be sent in (like above). In some cases and for extra charges, I can order an exclusive for you.

BTW, Terry, those controllers are looking mad cute.

I knoooow. I should have taken a picture of the wiring I did for it, best I've done yet. I even used only white wire so it would bled in better with the clear shell and be harder to see from the outside.

Im interested in getting a paint job done on a controller, I really liked what you did with the C. Falcon controller, and I was wondering if you could do that with other characters, and how much it would cost?

Depends if you want both shells painted, any extra mods, and the complexity of the character model

No, I can clean up/replace sticks on any type of GameCube Controller. They are all for the most part identical
