Creating a collection of Pit info.

So, I'm collecting all the useful little tid-bits of info on Pit. I know a lot, but seeing it in balck and white would help, also who knows what all I don't know about Pit. Anyway, if any of you have some information you think would be useful, state it here. Also, Corrupt, kupo, and any other people who posted info in a guide form, I would like it if you would give me permission to use your info and set-ups. Thanks in advance.

Here is one thing I learned from sagemoon. Pits fair and bair are half lagged when used from the WoI

Alright guys, I finished my guide. It's not a lot of new info or anything, but a way to get the Pit information spread more widely across the web. It's currently only on GameFAQS, but if you guys would like, I could bring it here.

hey if you shoot your arrow and some ones like really close like between the end of the arrow tip and you it will pass through them

go look for the post i made called, arrows going through you?

Pit's mirror shield can reflect physical attacks, and the opponents as well ONLY if the attack hits while the shield sparkles (lasts about a full second after drawing it out).

Probably. For the sake of being unbiased, I am collecting all info, though. If it is completely useless however, it probably won't show up in the guide.
I'd suggest you better try all the stuff you hear and see it for yourself. Also a video-guide would be better than just a written guide, you can display both theory and practice, just thinking...

i say post everything usefull or not i mean if its about pit it should be in a guide thats about him regardless of usefullness because maybe someone might make it usefull

There are links to videos on all the advanced stuff, so I'm covered on that.
Well that's true, but they're scattered everywhere.

EDIT:
BTW, its said that Pit has the longest distance covered when executing glide tossing with items.

hey i found out that if you preform like dodge (forgot what its called like when you go to right or left) right after somone attcks with a wind hit box (like when toon link lands a d air) its gets like an extra boost on your side doge thing and you go like twice as far.

im pretty sure this si known, and that all characters can do it but its worth adding maybe, because pit does have a rather long side doge and when its dubbled its pretty sweet

Alright, I'll remember to put it in. I copied this from Smashwiki, does this sound like all the push effects it would work with?

* F.L.U.D.D.
* Water Gun when charged up.
* Ness's PSI Magnet, upon ending the move.
* Mr. Game and Watch's Up aerial move (Spitball Sparky), as well as his Up Special (Fire), in the opening hitbox.
* Link's Gale Boomerang at the edge of its range.
* Toon Link's Down aerial, when it pierces into the ground.
* The opening animation of Wings of Icarus.
* Jigglypuff's Puff Up
* Sheik's Vanish upon reappearing.

Yeh its mostly called "Angelic Step", Angel step for short. But you know what you say kinda makes sense, i really haven't tried it myself, and will do.

hum idk id for sure test it out before i post anything but that does sound bought right

wait dont you get that effect from like yoishes down b 2? idk i havnt tested

Yoshi's down-B has the stars which act as projectiles, not wind-hitboxes, well done for noticing the Angel-Step thing though =)

then does that mean the miror shield will actually reflect them against him? don't belive to be so... buti'll try it tonight once i get my papers done.
